Apple Cinnamon Crumble Pie

A crowd-pleasing All-American dessert with authentic European flair utilizing the pure fruit of Fruitful Apple.

Ingredients

• 2000 g Pie Mix (*use local equivalent)
• 3000 g flour
• 200 g sugar
• 1750 g water

Filling
• 10000 g Fruitful Apple

Finishing
6000 g Crumble dough
60 g cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients during 2 minutes at low speed.
  2. Give the dough a rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm.
  4. Line the flan tins (diameter 26 cm) and fill with 500 gram Fruitful Apple.
  5. Mix the crumble dough with the cinnamon.
  6. Decorate the top of the Fruitful with 300 gram Crumble dough.
  7. Baking temperature:Deck oven 390°F.
    Rotation oven 355°F.
  8. Baking time 25 minutes.
