Apple Cinnamon Crumble Pie
A crowd-pleasing All-American dessert with authentic European flair utilizing the pure fruit of Fruitful Apple.
Ingredients
• 2000 g Pie Mix (*use local equivalent)
• 3000 g flour
• 200 g sugar
• 1750 g water
Filling
• 10000 g Fruitful Apple
Finishing
6000 g Crumble dough
60 g cinnamon
Preparation
- Mix the ingredients during 2 minutes at low speed.
- Give the dough a rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm.
- Line the flan tins (diameter 26 cm) and fill with 500 gram Fruitful Apple.
- Mix the crumble dough with the cinnamon.
- Decorate the top of the Fruitful with 300 gram Crumble dough.
- Baking temperature:Deck oven 390°F.
Rotation oven 355°F. - Baking time 25 minutes.
