Banana Cake

There's no monkeying around with our rich banana cake filled with the delightful flavors of our season cake and compound banana filling.

Ingredients

• 2000 g Season Cake
• 1050 g sugar
• 1050 g egg
• 900 g vegetable oil
• 675 g water
• 120 g Compound Banana

Filling
• 400 g Pajets Chocolate Decoration
• 510 g Dip Banana (30 g. per piece)

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients 3 minutes at second speed with a flat beater.
  2. Mix in the filling
  3. Fill the Cake form in tray with 325 gram batter.
  4. Baking temperature:
    Deck oven 375°F.
    Rotation oven 335°F
  5. Baking time 50 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool and coat with Dip Banana.
