Complete Gelato Base

Authentic Italian Gelato has never been easier than with Bake123.

Ingredients

• 1 bag gelato base
• 3 qt milk
• 9.5 oz heavy cream
• 5 oz paste (pistachio, vanilla, hazelnut, dulce de leche, etc.)

Preparation

  1. Mix the bag with suggested quantity of milk, cream and paste. 

Yields 1 gallon of Gelato after batching.
