Creating delicious sorbet is as easy as 123.
Ingredients
• 1 bag sorbet dry blend
• 70 oz of water
• 53 oz of fresh or frozen fruit
Preparation
- Mix the bag with suggested quantity of water, fresh or frozen fruit or fruit paste.
Yield 1 gallon of sorbet after batching.
