Strawberry Chocolate Shorteas

Ideal for the brunch buffet and pastry counter, this delectable pastry is filled with real strawberry and chocolate goodness.



  • 1750 g sweet dough


  • 11250 g Cake Mix

Filling 1

  • 1000 g chocolate drops

Filling 2

  • 5000 g Fruitful Strawberry


  1. Roll out the sweet dough till a thickness of 1,75 mm.
  2. Line baking trays (60 x 20 cm) with the sweet dough.
  3. It’s possible to pre bake the bottom.
  4. Pour the batter (1225 grams) onto the sweet dough and divide.
  5. Divide 500 grams Aldia Strawberry onto the batter.
  6. Baking temperature:
    Deck oven 355°F.
    Rotation oven 320°F.
    Baking time 30 minutes.
    Glace with Mirror Glaze Neutral.
