  • 600g egg
  • 200g water

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients during 6-8 minutes at high speed with a whisk.
  2. Fill the baking tin (diameter 24 cm) with 525 gram batter.
  3. Baking temperature:
    Deck oven 335-390°F.
    Rotation oven 300-350°F.
  4. Baking time 25 minutes.
