- Mix the ingredients during 7 minutes at top speed and 3 minutes at second speed with a whisk.
- Spread to 0.5 cm thickness on a baking sheet/paper.
- Steam with an open damper before baking! To avoid a loose top and bubbles.
- Baking temperature: Deck oven 465°F. Rotation oven 428°F. Baking time 7-8 minutes.
- Release directly from the baking sheet, to keep moist and rolling without cracks.
- Cover directly with plastic sheets.
- Keep wrapped frozen on stock.
